Kaycee Foundation aims to effectively implement its strategy by increasing programmatic and financial resources from a variety of sources. The foundation will seek funding from philanthropic foundations, donors, private sector organizations, county and national governments, institutions, organizations, individuals, and its members. Broadening the funding base through partnerships will also be a priority.

The Kaycee Foundation is committed to rigorously monitoring and evaluating its future investments and services. Monitoring will address whether activities, members, and interventions reflected what was intended in order to ensure progress and facilitate results-driven planning and performance-based management. The evaluation will account for the total impact of all Kaycee Foundation investments across all aforementioned thematic areas.

Kaycee Foundation will engage in issue-based advocacy in partnership with program partners. Advocacy will focus on influencing the community on best practices, program design, resource allocation, and policy.

Kaycee Foundation will embrace communication technology to effectively cover the proposed coverage areas with speed and accuracy. The Foundation aims to connect with all Kenyans, wherever they are demanding services. Special attention will be given to women, youth, and people with disabilities to maximize economic gains and employability.

Kaycee Foundation will continue to promote good governance and establish subcommittees at the grassroots level to coordinate services effectively and coupled with regular in-house courses, benchmarking, and learning forums we sharpen the skills of the secretariat, members, and the community. The Foundation promotes transparency and accountability in all services rendered to members and the community and with a "Fit" for a purpose management team, Kaycee Foundation maintains a lean structure that is adequate to achieve its goals.

Developing mutually accountable Partnerships are at the core of Kaycee Foundation's mission and work. The Foundation recognizes that partnerships offer several advantages, including efficiency, increased effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and ownership. Kaycee Foundation identifies partners with a mutual interest in the proposed thematic areas.
